Orders

How long does it take to process orders?

Please allow 3-5 business days to process the order, in addition to the specified shipping time.

What do I do if I received a defective or damaged order?

We will replace all defective and damaged items

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Changes to order can ONLY be made before items are shipped by contacting 404-419-6905 or [email protected].

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not accept cancellations.

How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?

What is the return and exchange policy?

Our apparel is custom and uniquely designed, we do not accept returns, but customer satisfaction is a priority for us. Please do not hesitate to contact us at 404-419-6905 or [email protected] if you are not completely satisfied with your order.

Standard Shipping – 3-5 Business Days
Expedite Shipping – 1-2 Business Days (additional fees will apply)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. Additional fees may apply.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?

Yes, we ship packages to PO Boxes.

How does Afterpay work?

a. Afterpay allows The 404 Lab to offer installment plans for online shoppers, allowing a purchase to be paid for in four installments, due every 2 weeks. Choose Afterpay as your
payment method at checkout. First-time shoppers provide payment details as usual, returning shoppers simply log in to make their purchase. After you check out, the goods will be shipped to you. It’s that easy!

When is my first payment due?

a. You will more than likely pay the first installment of the purchase price at the time you place the order. If you have been shopping with Afterpay for some time, and have a really good repayment history., you may find that we defer taking the first payment until 2 weeks (15 days for residents of California) after you make your purchase. ‘
In all cases you will be notified on screen if the first payment is due at the time of the purchase. We also send you a confirmation email outlining the amounts and dates that the payments are due.
